Pensions Awareness Week Free Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

  1. This competition is open to those who follow our lead partner, Moneycube and tag a friend on Facebook, Instragram or Linkedin.
  2. The person named in the entry must be aged 18 years or older as at date of entry.
  3. The Promoters of the Free Prize Draw is Dilucon Ltd, t/a Pensions Awareness Ireland, 8 Sandford Road, Dublin 6, D06 R2H4 (“PAW”) and Moneybox Financial Ltd t/a  Moneycube (“Moneycube”), 13 Adelaide Road, Dubiln 2.
  4. The prize consists of one ticket to the Planning for Retirement workshop course provided by Retirement Planning Council of Ireland.
  5. The value of this workshop course is €1750.
  6. By entering this Free Prize Draw:
    1. You, the entrant, represent and warrant that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, that you are eligible to participate in the Free Prize Draw, and that all of the information provided as part of your entry is accurate, does not violate any third party’s legal rights or any applicable laws; and
    2. You, the entrant, agree to be bound by the Promoter’s interpretation of these Terms & Conditions which is final in all matters relating to the Free Prize Draw.
  7. The Promoter is entitled at its sole discretion to disqualify entrants or withdraw the prize if they become aware of any possible dishonesty or fraud or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  8. To enter the competition, entrants must submit their entry via the appropriate channel and by the respective stated deadline (the “Closing Date”).
  9. The Closing Date for the third two draws is the 6th October.
  10. To enter, follow our lead Partner on either Facebook or Linkedin and tag a friend. 
  11. If you choose to participate in the prize draw, we need your personal data to potentially identify that you are the winner and to distribute the prize to you. For this process we will ask you to provide us with your name, email address and / or contact number. These details will be retained securely and only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
  12. PAW or Moneycube will securely hold your contact details for the purposes of notifying you that you are the winner and to administer the prize to you.   13. Entries not submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or that are illegible, incomplete or altered will be disqualified.
  14. Only one valid entry to the competition is permitted per person.
  15. The winner of the draw will be chosen at random from all completed entries received by the closing dates.
  16. Incomplete entries will not be eligible for the competition. PAW and Moneycube will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason by the Closing Dates, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
  17. PAW accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this competition, including, but not limited to, incomplete, corrupt or incorrect entries or for any malfunctions, errors or viruses in the software that has been designed to maintain entrants’ details, or for any incompatibility with all, or any, hardware and/or software that entrants may use. PAW and Moneycube does not guarantee that any relevant website for competition entry will be available at all times or at any specific time. Proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

  19. PAW and Moneycube reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  20. The winner will be randomly selected by PAW and Moneycube , using a random selection associated with the respondent’s contact number.
  21. The decision of PAW and Moneycube shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into in that regard.
  22. The prize winner will be notified at the Contact Email and/or Contact Telephone Number provided within 14 days of the prize draw.
  23. The prize winners will have up until 16th October to claim their prize, at which point the availability of the prize will terminate.
  24. The prize is not transferable. There is no cash value or alternative to this prize.
  25. PAW and Moneycube reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Free Prize Draw at any time. The prize may change at any time without notification and is subject to availability.
  26. PAW and Moneycube reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter or substitute the prize with any items of equal or greater value for any reason and without notification.
  27. PAW and Moneycube does not take responsibility for any delays or difficulties experienced in the supply or use of the prize.
  28. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters accepts no liability for any loss suffered by you in relation to this competition. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoters for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
  29. Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
  30. The competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts which shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with the Free Prize Draw. Any disclaimer of liability by PAW and Moneycube under these Terms and Conditions is enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Each of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is severable and if any such provision is held by any court or other competent authority to be illegal, void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected or impaired.
